Rear and side walls (single-piece over the entire length) made of aluminum hollow profiles, side walls foldable and swinging with sideboard lifting aid. Tailgate also foldable and swinging, with central locking in the tipper profile. Floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra in a thickness of 4 mm, neatly welded to tipper profile and longitudinal/cross members. Press traverse and tipping frame recessed and reinforced into the longitudinal beams. Lashing eyes (4 per side) each externally distributed along the tipper floor. Steel construction in St 52-3. All steel parts sandblasted, assembly parts painted or powder-coated in single color RAL 9016.
