Subframe:
Sturdy steel welded construction, two longitudinal members with cross members to accommodate the 5 mm thick tipper section and 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. Fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall. Corner stanchions fixed, with lower fasteners. Tailgate and side walls (one-piece over full length) made from aluminium hollow profiles, side walls foldable and pivoting with sideboard lifting assistance. Tailgate also foldable and pivoting, centrally locked in the tipper section. Floor plate from Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, welded cleanly to tipper section, longitudinal and cross members. Press traverse and tipping brackets integrated and reinforced in the longitudinal members. Lashing eyes (4 per side) evenly distributed externally in the tipper floor. Steel structure made in St 52-3. All steel parts sandblasted, body components painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016 single colour.
