Undercarriage executed as a solid steel welded construction, two longitudinal beams with crossmembers supporting the 5 mm tipper profile and a 5 mm Hardox or Naxtra floor plate. A 1,000 mm high steel headboard, fixed, with 2 lashing eyes inside, plus additional outer lashing eyes at half height; fixed corner stanchions with bottom-mounted locks. Rear and sidewalls (one piece, full length) made from aluminum hollow profiles; sidewalls foldable and swinging with drop-side lifting aid. Tailgate also foldable and swinging, centrally locked within the tipper profile. Floor plate from Hardox or Naxtra, thickness 4 mm, clean welded to the tipper profile and longitudinal/crossmembers. Press traverse and tipping arms recessed and reinforced within the longitudinal beams. Lashing eyes (4 per side), distributed along the outer tipper floor length. Steel structure in grade St 52-3. All steel parts sand-blasted, superstructure parts painted in RAL 9016, etc.
