Body:
Three-way tipper body with FASSI F195A.2.24 E-DYNAMIC crane, mounted directly behind the cab (Crane with top features: radio remote control, hydraulic outriggers with radio control, work lights, etc.)

Subframe:
Robust steel welded construction with two longitudinal beams and cross members to support the 5 mm tipper side profiles and the 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. Fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall, with 2 lashing rings on the inner area, each one at half height on the outside. Fixed corner stanchions with bottom-mounted locks. Tailgate and side walls (one-piece, full-length) made of aluminium hollow profiles, side walls foldable and swinging with tailgate assist. Tailgate also foldable and mounted for swinging action, with central locking integrated into the tipper profile. Floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, cleanly welded to the tipper profile and longitudinal/cross members. Hydraulic press traverse and tipping arms embedded and reinforced within the longitudinal beams. Lashing rings (4 per side) distributed along the outside of the tipper floor. Steel structure manufactured in grade St 52-3. All steel parts are sandblasted, superstructure components painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016 (single color).
