Subframe:
Subframe as a solid welded steel construction with two longitudinal beams and cross members to accommodate the 5 mm thick tipper side profiles and 4 mm floor plate of Hardox or Naxtra. A 1,000 mm high fixed front wall made of steel with 2 lashing rings on the inside, outermost at half height. Fixed corner posts with latches at the base. Rear and side walls (one-piece full length) made of aluminium hollow profiles, side walls can be folded down and are pendulum-mounted with drop side lift assistance. Rear drop gate also foldable and pendulum-mounted, with central locking integrated into the tipper profile. Floor plate of Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, cleanly welded to side profile and longitudinal/cross beams. Press cross member and tipping lever integrated and reinforced within the longitudinal beams. Lashing rings (4 per side) on the exterior tipper floor evenly spaced. Steel structure executed in grade St 52-3. All steel parts are sandblasted, body parts painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016, single colour.
