Featuring massive 4 x 10-tonne axle configuration on robust TRAX axles, a durable air suspension system, and a high-strength I-beam chassis constructed from S355J2+N quality steel, this lowbed trailer is the ideal solution for transporting construction machinery, agricultural equipment, wheel loaders, excavators, and heavy-duty vehicles.
Even in its standard configuration, this semi-trailer impresses with well-thought-out, practice-oriented features: The first TRAX axle is configured as a lift axle, which significantly reduces tire wear during empty runs while improving maneuverability. The fourth TRAX axle is steered, allowing for precise maneuvering even on tight construction sites and company premises.
A particular highlight is the hydraulically operated, laterally adjustable, one-piece loading ramps, enabling fast, safe, and convenient loading and unloading. Each ramp is rated for 20 tonnes of load per ramp, making them perfect for heavy machinery and vehicles.
Maximum stability during loading is ensured by the standard hydraulic rear support system, which includes mechanical drop-down props.
User-friendly operation is possible either via hydraulic remote control or directly at the vehicle, allowing all ramp and support functions to be operated safely and efficiently.
In terms of quality, this trailer sets new standards: The entire chassis is shot-blasted, primed, and then coated twice with a high-quality 2-component paint system. We offer a 5-year warranty on the paintwork.
The loading platform is fitted with 55 mm Dabema hardwood and protected in high-stress areas with reinforced checker plate.
A high-quality Aspöck ADR-certified electrical system ensures maximum operational safety and meets the highest requirements for professional road use.
With a loading platform length of 9,000 mm, width of 2,550 mm plus side extension of 250 + 250 mm, total length of 13,550 mm, loading height of 980 mm, and permissible gross weight of 64,000 kg, this lowbed trailer is perfectly suited for daily heavy-duty operations.
