Opis
Chassis
Design with reinforced continuous chassis, newly constructed bodywork in a self-supporting design with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for particularly high stability and strength. Cross members: reinforced version, 140 mm high (for heavy ground loads). Additional reinforcement as gusset plates in the front lower belt/vehicle frame area. Chassis made of galvanized steel up to the support structure (trailer design max. 39,000 kg).
Axles and Suspension: 'Disc brake 22.5'
Jost (DCA) axle units, 3x9 tons with DCA air suspension, lift and lower function, Wabco Smartboard info center, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA readable on the tractor unit display), 1st axle with traction aid (new EU regulation, without tractor unit equipment), (optionally 1st + 3rd axle can be liftable).

Braking System
In accordance with EC standard – EBS electronic system by Wabco with RSS (Roll Stability Support) and premium modulator. Spring-loaded brake system acting on two axles with control at the rear. ALU air-tank system.
Electrical System
According to EC directives 91/633 and 97/28 with two Aspöck Europoint 3 five-chamber lamps integrated into the ALU rear closure, 24V system with 1x 15-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets, LED side marker lamps, two reflective plates on the rear, position lights front 2x white, rear 2x red, two separate LED reverse lights integrated into underrun protection.
Body/Tipping Body – Fully Welded Inner Structure
Reinforced side walls: front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall 13,400/10,400 dkn. Aluminium tipping body: side walls 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded with lower and upper belts. Plank profiles inside fully welded. Floor with moving floor system laid on 140 mm ALU cross-members. Floor load capacity approx. 9 t/m2, cross-members closely spaced (approx. 350 mm). ALU front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3mm thick, straight design. Special ALU corner profiles in chamfered design. Smooth rear wall in straight version with two ALU swing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 bar locks mounted in welded ALU rear frame, with Teflon and stainless steel bearings. Doors secured when opened with one chain each side. Hard-wearing wear plates on side walls approx. 2,000x1,500x4 mm, fully welded. Residual discharge wall with Kevlar tarpaulin approx. 1,800 mm length plus side Kevlar seal. Service door in front wall with inward-turning ladder.
Hydraulic System “Cargo Floor” Moving Floor System
Moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated ALU profiles on ALU box beams, approx. 880 PE-HD slides plus anti-lifting slide bearings. Type CF, 10 mm floor version, hydraulics with approx. 200 mm stroke. Fixed halves at the front wall, separate option for connecting hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed halves, pipe size NW 21, fixed halves with size and type to be specified. Operating pressure 190–max. 240 bar, ALU end pieces welded into the moving floor. Electric operation on the rear left with radio control integrated into a lockable, waterproof box, without hydraulic hoses.

6 PVC mudguards with 2 anti-spray mud flaps, 6 PVC splash guards above the wheels, 1 ALU spare wheel holder, side ALU underrun protection.
