Electrical System
In accordance with German road traffic regulations (StVZO), with 2 Aspöck Europoint LED five-chamber tail lamps integrated in aluminium rear panel, 24-volt system with 1x 5-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets, with side marker lights in LED design, 2 separate LED work lamps at the rear, 2 LED work lamps at the height of the landing gear, 1 LED work lamp inside front left, operable from the outside.

Aluminium tipper body, side walls made of 30 mm thick aluminium plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded with upper and lower chord, plank profiles fully welded inside, floor as moving floor system mounted on 140 mm aluminium crossbeams, floor load approx. 7 t/m², crossbeams closely spaced (approx. 350 mm), aluminium front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in straight design, special aluminium corner profiles in bevelled design, smooth rear wall in straight design with 2 aluminium swing doors 50/30 mm thick with 4 locking rods in a welded aluminium rear frame mounted with Teflon and stainless steel bearings, synchronically suspended aluminium sidewall in reinforced top chord with Kevlar curtain for full emptying, side brush seals and additional Kevlar side curtain, integrated discharge hopper with foldable cover plate at lower left rear, externally operable, inspection window rear left, 1 sample slide valve per rear door (2 pcs), service door front left.
