Chassis: Steel welded construction made from welded longitudinal beams and punched-through Z-crossbeams, close crossbeam spacing for high floor load capacity

Ramp Storage: Two insertion pockets for one loading ramp each are located between the longitudinal beams behind the axle assembly, underneath the cargo floor, with a locking plate in the rear head frame.

Underride protection: In accordance with EC regulations

Front landing legs: Landing legs with single-sided operation

Rear support: Two adjustable drop-down supports

Axles: 2 x 10 t air suspension axle units, SAF make, drum brakes approx. 300x200mm, center-bored for twin tires, ABS, total air suspension stroke approx. 200mm (raising approx. 140mm and lowering approx. 60mm), controlled by hand lever with detent function.

Tires: 8 x 235/75 R17.5 – brand at our discretion, mounted on 6.75x17.5 rims with offset

Mudguards: PVC front and rear of the axles according to EC regulations

Load securing: Holes in the external frame for lashing straps approx. every 150 mm, lashing force approx. 2.5 t. 6 pairs of folding lashing rings evenly distributed, lashing force approx. 8 t.

Stake pockets for 80/50 insert stakes: 3 pairs of stake pockets in the outer frame, evenly distributed

Brake system: Air brake system according to EC standard with EBS. Two coils as connection to towing vehicle with red/yellow coupling head. Spring-actuated parking brake acting on one axle.

Floor: Approx. 28 mm Z-hardwood floor recessed into the outer frame.

Lighting system: Lighting system according to EC standard, 24-volt, multi-chamber tail lights, license plate lights, side marker lights and outline marker lights at the rear, terminal strip on the left side of the drawbar, incl. connection cable with 15-pin and 2 x 7-pin plugs.
