Frame
Steel welded construction made of fine-grained steel, hot-dip galvanized, flat platform without raised edges, loading area tapered downward after the rear axle by approx. 8°. Longitudinal beams made from steel sections. Steel frame, hot-dip galvanized, with stainless steel sheet at the bend for cable guidance, flush with the platform floor. Suitable for trucks with wheelbase: 2nd axle 5,100 mm / 2nd to 3rd axle 1,350 mm.

Tow Coupling
Tow coupling, ball head D24.8: (height from ground to top approx. 480 mm), towing capacity 2,800 kg, including installation and electrics with 7-pin socket.

Accessories/Conversions
2 brackets for wheel chocks, folding side underrun protection in aluminum – adopted from the truck! Rear under-run protection in steel, quarter shell fenders with mudflaps – adopted from the truck!

Toolbox
Plastic toolbox with drawer and shelf, w=650 / h=520 / d=670 mm, lockable with padlock (lock not included). 1 holder for 3 fuel canisters. 1 stainless steel toolbox, w=600 / h=400 / d=500 mm, with polished door, lockable, includes control valve and electrohydraulic power unit. Controller box with peripheral door seal and sealing grommets at the rear (splash-proof as technically possible).

Electrics
Adaptation of existing taillights, 2 additional recessed LED work lights in the bulkhead, switched via parking light with switch outside on front wall, left side. 1 LED work light at the rear, with integrated reversing camera, including color flat screen monitor, monitor with suction cup mount and power supply via 24 Volt, voltage divider 24/12V, 1 x 7-pin 12V socket = plug adapter.

Flooring
Mega Grip made from serrated galvanized grating, steel floor gratings 50/4 including mesh size 50 mm. Top with anti-slip serrations, laid continuously over main frame platform.

Lashing Points
12 pairs of swivel-mounted lashing rings in the outer frame – each 10 tons, first ring at the very front, last at the very rear. 1 lashing ring centrally at the rear for fastening winch cable. 12 lashing rings recessed in the floor, each 5 tons (not in rear bevel).

Bulkhead
Bulkhead made from sheet steel, height 1,500 mm. Fixed with corner posts at bulkhead height. Each with 2 x 12 hanging brackets for lashing chains mounted left and right on the bulkhead.

Winch
Electric cable winch, 24 Volt, pulling capacity approx. 6,350 kg, mounted centrally at the bulkhead (recessed with loading bridge), operated by radio remote control, cable length min. 35 m x 9.5 mm, with roller fairlead, cable pressure plate, incl. overload protection, winch freewheel clutch, handheld control with approx. 5 m cable, winch acceptance certificate, civil engineer test report, logbook, and operating instructions.

Ramps
Length 3,500 mm – 2-piece (2,000 mm + 1,500 mm), width 850 mm, load capacity 20,000 kg/pair (also for ramp loading), electrohydraulically foldable and laterally adjustable – incl. electrohydraulic power unit. Approach angle approx. 8° with lowered rear axle. Ramp platform made of galvanized steel grating (as platform floor), with anti-slip serrations. Ramps can be pushed together to approx. 170 mm, ramp extension hydraulically. Ramps preconfigured for use at loading docks with full load capacity. Ramp locking with 2 lashing straps. Ramp tip stepped (nose min. 150 mm) for use at loading docks. Operating instructions included.
