Frame
Steel welded construction made from fine-grain steel, hot-dip galvanized, flat platform without raised edges. The loading area slopes downwards by approx. 8° after the rear axle. Longitudinal beams made from steel profiles, steel frame hot-dip galvanized, with stainless steel plate (NIRO) at the bend to guide the cable, flush with the floor. For trucks with wheelbase: 2nd axle at 1,795 mm / 2nd to 3rd axle 4,105 mm and 3rd to 4th axle 1,350 mm.

Trailer Coupling
Ball-type tow hitch D24.8: (height from the ground to the top edge approx. 480 mm), towing capacity 2,800 kg, including mounting and electrics with 7-pin socket.

Accessories/Modifications
2 chock holders, foldable aluminum side underrun protection – taken from the truck!
Steel rear underrun protection, quarter-shell mudguards with mud flaps – taken from the truck!

Toolbox
Plastic toolbox with drawer and shelf, W = 650 / H = 520 / D = 670 mm, lockable with a padlock (lock not included).
1 bracket for 3 jerry cans.
1 stainless steel toolbox, W = 600 / H = 400 / D = 500 mm, with polished door, lockable, includes control valve and electrohydraulic pump unit. Control box with circumferential door seal and sealing sleeves on the back (splash water protection as far as technically possible).

Electrics
Adaptation of existing tail lights, 2 additional LED work lights recessed into the front wall, switched via parking lights with switch on the outside front wall left. 1 LED work light at the rear with integrated reversing camera including color flat-screen monitor with suction cup mount and power supply via 24 volts, voltage divider 24/12V, 1 seven-pin 12V socket adapter.

Floor
Mega Grip made from serrated, galvanized grating, steel gratings 50/4 included, with 50 mm mesh. Top side with anti-slip serration, laid continuously over the entire main platform area.

Lashing Rings
12 pairs of lashing rings freely pivotable on the outer frame - each rated to 10 t. 1 at the very front and one at the very rear. 1 lashing ring at the rear center for attaching the winch cable. 12 lashing rings recessed centrally into the floor, each rated to 5 t. (not included in rear slope).

Front Wall
Front wall made from steel sheet, height 1,500 mm. Fixed with corner posts up to full front wall height. 2 x 12 hanging brackets for lashing chains mounted left and right on the front wall.

Winch
Electric cable winch, 24 volts, pulling force approx. 6,350 kg, mounted centrally at the front wall (recessed in the loading bridge), operated via remote control, cable length min. 35 m x 9.5 mm, with roller fairlead, with cable pressure plate, including overload protection, cable freewheeling clutch, hand control with approx. 5 m cable, winch acceptance, civil engineer test report, test log, operating instructions.

Loading Ramps
Length 3,500 mm – 2-piece (2,000 mm + 1,500 mm), width 850 mm, load capacity 20,000 kg per pair (also for ramp loading), electrohydraulically tiltable and laterally movable – including electrohydraulic pump unit. Drive-on angle approx. 8° with lowered rear axle. Ramp support surface made from galvanized steel grating (like the loading bridge floor), with anti-slip serration. Ramps can be compacted to approx. 170 mm, hydraulically extendable. Ramp prepared for operation at loading dock with full load capacity. Ramp locking with 2 tension belts. Ramp tip offset (nose min. 150 mm) suitable for placement at loading ramps.
