Painting:
Entire steel structure automatically blast-cleaned after welding using a shot blasting system. Second round of blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to guarantee optimal corrosion protection. Final coating with two layers of 2K topcoat, single colour in RAL 3002 carmine red, in accordance with the RAL system 841GL. Rear end metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white).
Including the following additional equipment:
- 2-inch kingpin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- Spare wheel holder in front of the front wall
- Yellow-red air couplings at the galvanized front connection strip
- Bracket for a rotating beacon at the rear of the trailer
- Galvanized supports underneath the loading platform chamfer
- Super Grip 25 rubber covering in the chamfer area of the platform
- Cover plates to bridge the gap between ramps and loading platform (±17 kg)
- Electro-hydraulic power unit at the rear, under the loading platform
