All lights in LED design, 24 volt electrical system consisting of: a 15-pin socket mounted before the saddle plate on the chassis carrier, yellow side marker lights as required, rear position lights, front marker lights, rear license plate lights, lighting in line with standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 multi-chamber rear lights mounted at pivot bearing height in aluminum brackets in accordance with standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 1 LED work light on the tank, yellow warning light at the rear mounted at the hose pipe height, 2x reversing lights on the underrun protection, 2x reversing lights at the height of the supports (each can be switched off on the power console)

Tank Design:
A horizontal tank made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg4.5Mn), single compartment tank with a volume of 47,000 liters, tank warranty: 24 months from delivery. Operating parameters: pressure vessel according to Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test overpressure 3.0 bar, working overpressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80° C

Filling Options:
4 manholes DN 450 with pivoting and folding dome covers. Each dome cover is secured pressure-tight with four wing nuts. Rubber support for dome covers above as a shelf, rain channel: closed at front, open at rear

Material Discharge:
1 material discharge cone DN 800 made of stainless steel, foldable with stainless steel disc for loosening, discharge cone laterally pivotable, shut-off valve DN 150 with white seal, connection: STORZ-A

Air Piping:
One 2.5″ stainless steel air collector line mounted on the right operating side. A 4" stainless steel air distributor pipe is mounted on the rear of the tank. Air valves (butterfly valves) in stainless steel, overhead air hose and air connection hoses fitted with 2" STORZ couplings. Micron filter, vacuum valve on top of tank, 1x vibrator 1 meter in front of the pivot bearing

Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminum ladder mounted at the rear left of the vehicle, 1 aluminum safety scissor railing with separate fold-out ladder section which can be set up from below with parking brake when opened, 1 aluminum safety walkway runs along the upper left of the tank, anti-slip coating on the tank

Discharge Hose Holder:
4 hose tube containers, 5 m length DN 200, made of aluminum, with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose container with compressor hose D.76

Accessories:
Side underrun protection made of anodized aluminum (left side)
