- Loading area with approx. 30 mm thick hardwood floor.
- 10 pairs of folding lashing rings (outward folding, LC 10,000 daN).
Landing gear:
- Hydraulic landing legs (± 55 kg)
TPMS:
- TPMS tire pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141. Data transmission to the tractor unit takes place via the standardized EBS interface according to ISO 11992. For correct display, the tractor unit must be able to transmit and show this data.
Axles and suspension:
- BPW axles, technical load capacity of 12,000 kg each, first axle fixed, all other axles hydro-mechanically forced steered, mounted on turntables. Air suspension with lift and lower valve. Axle tools included.
Tires:
- 445/65 R 22.5 169 K tires – brand at our discretion.
Electrical system:
- Electrical system according to EU regulations, lighting 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the front terminal strip with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connections according to ISO:

Brake system:
- Wabco brake system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (4S3M), without connecting lines to the tractor unit.
Steel construction:
- Steel construction made of high-strength fine-grained steels.
- Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690MPa)
Paintwork:
- Complete steel structure shot blasted automatically after welding using a blast wheel system. Additional blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. Final painting with two coats of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 1007 (daffodil yellow), according to RAL system 841GL. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Rims silver grey. Metallic paint not possible. Paint structure tested in salt spray test in accordance with ISO 9227-NSS. Sealing of cavities with special wax.

- Electro-hydraulic unit (± 45kg)

- BEKAMAX (Pico) central lubrication system with standard grease NLGI-2 and removable pump cover (± 18kg)
- 2 LED reversing lights mounted to the rear plate
- HRM metallization of the complete vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum)
