TPMS:
TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system compliant with ECE R 141. Data transfer to the towing vehicle via the standardised EBS interface according to ISO 11992. The towing vehicle must be able to receive and display this data correctly.
Axles and suspension:
BPW axles, technical capacity 10,000 kg each. 1st and 3rd axle hydro-mechanically forced steered, mounted on turntable. 2nd axle fixed. Air suspension with raise/lower valve. Axle tools included.
Braking system:
Wabco brake system in accordance with EU regulations, with EBS-E (4S3M), without connecting lines to the tractor unit.
Electrical system:
Electrical system in accordance with EU regulations, 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3) lighting, ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the front connection strip with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connections compliant to:
- 24N ISO-1185
- 24S ISO-3731
- 15-pin ISO-12098
Steel construction:
Steel structure made of high-strength fine-grained steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa).
Paintwork:
Complete steel structure is automatically blast-cleaned with a shot-blasting system after welding. Additional blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion. Final painting with two coats of 2K topcoat, single colour in RAL 3002 Carmine red, in accordance with RAL system 841GL. Rear section metallised and painted RAL 9010 (Pure White). Wheel rims in silver. Metallic paint not possible. Paint system tested by salt spray test to ISO 9227-NSS. Cavities sealed with special wax.
