We are pleased to introduce our new 3-axle low loader trailer with an impressive gross vehicle weight rating of 30 tonnes! This robust vehicle is the perfect choice for safe and efficient transport of heavy machinery and equipment.

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS:

- Total loading length: 8,820 mm – ideal for large and bulky loads.
- Hydraulically folding loading ramps: Ramps measure 3,000 mm x 750 mm and can be shifted sideways for even easier loading. With bucket recess.
- Sturdy construction: Despite a low tare weight of just 5,500 kg, the low loader achieves an outstanding payload of 24,000 kg – perfect for heavy-duty applications.
- Trailer length and width: Standard width is 2,545 mm, which can be manually extended by 250 mm on each side for flexible adaptation.
- Drawbar eye: Supplied as standard in 50 mm size for secure and easy coupling to towing vehicles.

RUNNING GEAR AND SAFETY:

- Tyres: 12 robust tyres, size 235×75 R17.5, ideally suited for long distances and diverse road conditions.
- 100 km/h version: Equipped with WABCO brakes and air suspension for safe and comfortable travel even at higher speeds.
- Axles: 3 x 11-tonne axles provide high stability and load-bearing capacity.

FLEXIBILITY AND SECURING OPTIONS:

- Lashing rings: A total of 7 lashing rings per side plus 6 additional on the loading platform provide ample securing points for safe cargo restraint.

FINISH AND PROTECTION:

- Surface treatment: The trailer is sandblasted, primed, and coated with high-quality 2K paint. Full galvanization is available as an option for additional corrosion protection.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE:

- Warranty: You receive a 24-month manufacturer's warranty (excluding brakes and wear parts).
