Chassis: Tandem trailer
Steel welded construction with approximately 152 mm high floor assembly, load-oriented and torsion-resistant steel frame design. Longitudinal floor frame with a load-resistant outer frame and guiding tunnel spaced at 600 mm intervals, tunnel with top and side alignment guides, tunnel height approx. 45 mm. Four container corner castings suitable for 20ft interchange units.

4 Jumbo support legs for parking height of 970 mm, laterally extendable and can be folded by 90°, with short safety struts and locking device, frame-mounted pin lock and robust drop latch as secondary transit locking system, symmetrical arrangement of the support legs—Type A2 for CWB C 745/782 for parking height approx. 970 mm.

Reinforcement between support feet.
7 pairs of recessed lashing rings in the outer frame, each rated for 2.5 tonnes.
Heavy-duty pallet stops on both sides, approx. 20-25 mm high, lash points every 200 mm, loading height reduced by approx. 20-25 mm.
Side door retainers.
Rear underrun protection made from flat steel.

Floor
Anti-slip phenolic plywood, approx. 27 or 30 mm thick (at manufacturer's discretion), designed for high point loads, suitable for forklift axle loads up to max. 4400 kg.

Front wall/corner stanchions
Front stanchions 2,800 mm high, remainder closed with tarpaulin, steel corner stanchions in volume design, quick-release system for side curtain at front wall.

Centre posts
1 pair of sliding posts, fully adjustable lengthwise, with four latching pockets and an extended pocket at the bottom.

Insert slats

Three rows of aluminium V-insert slats or wooden slats as per manufacturer’s choice,

Rear wall/rear corner stanchions
Rear corner stanchions, steel up to the underside of the roof, tarpaulin hangers with round tube and tension ratchet.
Rear portal doors, double-leaf, each door with two internal locking rods.

Tarpaulin
Tarpaulin with welded horizontal and vertical tension belts.
Tension locks made from stainless steel.

Roof
Sliding curtain roof, rear end-lift foldable, roof can slide from rear to front, L-shaped roof beam suitable for the automotive industry, internal width between roof beams approx. 2,490 mm, tarpaulin colour: white.
EcoLift - lifting roof, can be raised by approx. 380 mm, gas strut assisted.
