Fine-grain steel welded construction, lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with interchangeable double kingpin and hydraulic interface for Horsch Trailer Lift.
Curved front panel, hydraulic landing legs, wheel chocks with holders, special side underrun protection design, folding rear underrun guard, quarter shell mudguards before and after the axle group, with antispray mudflaps on the last axle only, stainless steel toolbox W=800 / H=350 / D=350 mm, tarpaulin rod with holder, tow hook at rear.
Axles & Suspension
BPW disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, axles/chassis laser-aligned to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, air suspension with catch cables, first axle with automatic lift function, including forced lowering and start-up aid, activation via triple brake application (start-up aid functional up to 30% axle load exceedance and up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h).
Brake System
Two-line compressed air braking system, spring-loaded parking brake, 2 foolproof coupling heads at front, without connection line, EBS (Electronic Braking System) with EBS socket at front, without connecting cable.
Attention: The trailer must only be towed by towing vehicles that guarantee the functionality of the ABS!

Hydraulics
Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, with HDK screw coupling, fixed part, NW 48 mm (without hose connection), operated hydraulically via truck PTO, hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw connector NW = 48 mm with knurled nut. The hydraulic system for the lowerable left-side wall and the trailer lift arms is automatically shut off from approx. 20 km/h. The trailer lift arms can be locked separately so the vehicle can be uncoupled alone.
Bodies
Aluminum box body made of high-quality, wear-resistant material, front wall 5 mm thick, with external cylinder mount. Side walls made of 30 mm hollow chamber profiles, cleanly welded, with bulk material-repellent upper edge profiles.
Left side wall (front side) hydraulically lowerable along approx. 7700 mm length and approx. 600 mm height for loading. Note: Only two positions possible: fully closed or fully lowered. Before lowering the side wall, the sliding roof must be opened and the crossbars either stowed in the right-side parking positions or completely removed. Shovel and broom holder outside on the front wall. Interior includes ladder on front wall.
Greenline – conical and aerodynamic body design.
Pendulum-mounted rear wall with two grain chutes.
Rear wall hydraulically liftable by approx. 950 mm for unloading.
Rear wall with rubber seal. Note: Heat resistant up to max. 170°C!
Continuous 6 mm thick floor.
Standing platform with ladder.
Roll tarp can be stowed to the right, with central locking to the left.
Operational Instructions
For transports involving salt, lime, etc., we recommend a tipper cylinder with hard-chromed piston rod to prevent damage and corrosion from the material.
The specified gross weight is technically feasible, depending on the type of load.
