Chassis Semi-Trailer for Containers
Fine-grain steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin

1 x 20-foot container central (or swap body container 7.15 / 7.45 m), fixed at the front, container lock twistlocks in extended version
24 t 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation
with anti-spray mudflaps according to EC standards
Stainless steel drip tray with 1 1/4" drain pipe + 1 1/4" shut-off valve, incl. drip plate, perforated tread plates approx. 400 mm wide, left & right between drip tray and main longitudinal beam
4 hose racks approx. 4,500 mm long (hose box) for hose tubes: 2 x DN 200 outside + 2 x DN 160 centred, rear hose box (stainless steel) 300 mm deep, splash water protected, lid (stainless steel) all-round rubber seal, drainage hole at lowest point, then without lid on hose tubes
1 stainless steel grounding lug at the rear right side of the frame, with international grounding sticker on the frame
Access steps right rear on underrun guard, rear right outside on main beam with tread plate approx. 260 mm long and 300 mm wide

Operating Instructions
The specified gross weight is technically possible; depending on the load, the gross weight within the permissible axle/support/kingpin loads may not be achievable (poor driving and trailing performance may result from incorrect load distribution)
This vehicle may only be loaded with 20’ tank containers complying with ISO 668 and especially ISO 1496-3! Tank containers must have 'end-load-transfer areas' (end transverse beam load transfer areas)!
