In proven HANGLER welded construction made from high-quality steel with forward-tapered welded longitudinal beams. Neck frame with double central web. Longitudinal beams with punched Z-profile cross-members and welded special side frames. Replaceable 2" kingpin, beveled at the front with wear plate, made of high-grade steel plate. 18 pairs of tie-down lashing rings embedded in the outer frame, each rated at 2.5 tons; 8 pairs of folding lashing rings embedded in the outer frame, each rated at 5 tons, total 24 tons. 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight lower section. Two wheel chocks with holders. Aluminum side underrun protection, plastic mudguards before and after each axle, with anti-spray flaps behind each axle, rear underrun protection, full-width rear spray flap. Coil trough approx. 8,000 mm long with cover, approx. 40 mm thick, divided by sloped loading beams. Stake sleeves and supports suitable for FR 80/80/4, fully hot-dip galvanized. Insertable stakes 80/80 including lower reinforcement. Hydraulic sloped loading device with 4 crossbeams: Hydraulic supply via tractor unit using a 2-line pump system (pressure and return line) with double Faster coupling. Sloped loading beams with integrated extendable sections lockable in height. Multi-stage hydraulic cylinders, each beam with universal-joint suspension. Includes supports – adjustable – with pin locking. Cylinder passages with strip brush seals on both sides for protection against weather and cleaning of piston rods. 5-way control block for operation of the sloped loading device and the retractable sliding roof system, including tarpaulin cover. 1 set of vessel bottom supports with height-adjustable support bolts for different vessel bottom diameters, including storage tray. 1 piece of impact protection for sloped sheet – front securing. BPW or SAF disc brake axles, at manufacturer’s option. Axle spacing offset 1,310/1,450 mm. Air suspension. 2-line compressed air brake system. Aluminum air tanks. Spring-loaded parking brake. "TPMS" tire pressure monitoring system to ECE R 141 standard, display in the towing vehicle via EBS. 435/50 R 19.5" tires, brand per manufacturer’s choice. 24 Volt, multi-chamber rear lights, lateral yellow LED lighting, lateral yellow LED lighting linked to indicator—"flashing side marker lights". 2 x 7-pin and 1 x 15-pin non-interchangeable sockets at the front; additional 7-pin socket (per ISO 1724) on the rear underrun protection. Pair of warning signs, double LED illuminated and extendable to 3,000 mm, removable with plug, LED beacon with holder, switchable via parking light. Screen-printed floor panels approx. 30 mm thick, laid flush with the side frame. Front wall made from fixed aluminum hollow profiles, fixed height approx. 2,400 mm, with wooden slats above.
