The Z529 bale wrapper is a machine mounted on the front or rear three-point linkage of the tractor. It is loaded from below, facilitated by special arms equipped with rotary rollers. The wrapping process is performed automatically by a wrapping arm rotating around the bale, feeding film onto the bale as it turns on the rollers. Once the wrapping cycle is completed, the film is held and cut by a hydraulically controlled cutter. After push-button confirmation, the wrapped bale is discharged onto the ground by opening the roller arms. The machine can wrap bales with diameters from 1200 mm to 1500 mm. The maximum weight of the wrapped bale must not exceed 1000 kg. Wrapping a 1200 mm diameter bale takes approximately two minutes. The compact dimensions of the machine ensure easy maneuverability in the field or yard. Due to its relatively low unladen weight (780 kg), the bale wrapper can be transported and operated by a tractor with as little as 60 kW engine power. Standard equipment includes a 750 mm film feeder, a hydraulically driven film cutter, and the operator control panel. Optionally, the machine can be fitted with a hydraulic bale turner, allowing the wrapped bale to be set down on its base.
