Chassis:
Welded steel frame construction – lightweight design.
Front corners approx. 300 x 300 mm, chamfered.
Left and right side platforms made from steel chequer plate, designed as troughs, divided into two sections each.
Centre section fitted with aluminium tread plate (5/7 mm) between the main frames.
Removable covers over steering linkage at front and rear.
Ball bearing turntable (steering angle approx. 80°) incl. cylinder mounting installed to accommodate a special bolster (bolster not included).
Aluminium covers in front of and behind the bolster (all openings sealed).
Extended rear plate.

Drawbar:
40 mm towing eye.
Straight drawbar, approx. 1,300 mm in length.
With jack stand and bracket.

Axles:
BPW low-loader axles, either 10 or 12 t axle load, air bag diameter 360 mm.
External ECAS air suspension system with total lift approx. 200 mm.
S-cam brakes 400/200 mm, asbestos-free brake linings.
Automatic slack adjusters.
Reinforced control arm springs.
Safety ropes on each axle.
Axle load gauge.

Steering:
1st and 2nd axle forced-steered via turntable.
Steering angle mechanically adjustable via lever.
Hydraulic auxiliary steering incl. batteries, battery box, control cables and socket plus remote control.
Hydraulic power unit 4.5 kW mounted internally at the rear.
Emergency steering operation via additional switch (operation possible without control signal from towing vehicle).

Wheels and Tyres:
16 steel disc wheels, 10-hole, with offset, hub-centric.
16 tyres 285/70 R 19.5 148J tubeless.

Mudguards:
Plastic half-shell mudguards with spray flaps ahead of the 1st axle on the front bogie.
Plastic mudguards with spray flaps at the 3rd and 4th axle.

Brake System:
Two-line brake system with EBS.
EBS (WABCO 4S3M).
Spring-actuated parking brake.
Without connection lines to towing vehicle.

Lighting and Electrical Equipment:
According to road vehicle regulations.
24 volt. 1x 15-pin socket.
2 pcs. 7-chamber tail lights integrated in rear plate.
7-pin socket at rear for additional lighting in rear plate.
LED side marker lights.
1 pc. reversing spotlight in rear plate.
4 pcs. work lights (2x at tow bar, 2x between rigid axles).
