Two fully automated welded I-beam longitudinal members with welded cross members. Chassis width: 1,600 mm

Axles and Suspension
- 430 mm disc brakes
- Jost (ex Mercedes DCA) axle assemblies, 3 x 9 t with air suspension, air bellows centrally positioned on the chassis longitudinal member

- According to E.G. standard, two-line Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake on two axles, and Wabco EBS-E including RSS (Roll Stability System) and Premium Modulator, Wabco Smartboard Info Center, aluminium air reservoir system

Electrical System
- According to German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO), with 2 five-chamber Aspöck Ecopoint 2 lights, 24V system with 2 x 7- and 1 x 5-pin sockets, side marker lights, 2 separate LED reversing lights at the rear, 1 LED interior light

Tipping Body / Body Construction (fully welded interior)
- Aluminium tipper body
- Sidewalls: 30 mm thick plank profiles (2–3 mm), welded 600 mm wide
- Floor: 8 mm high-wear resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110)
- Front wall: 4 mm reinforced, straight version
- Rear wall: Universal door, straight version with 2 wing doors in 2/3-1/3 division with one grain chute, or optional in 1/2-1/2 version with one grain chute per door
- Aluminium round profile sealing at rear doors (side and bottom)
- Rear doors partially smooth aluminium-plated
- Universal door operation: pneumatically automatic with separate lever lock

- Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall, max. working pressure 150 bar, manufacturer Edbro
