The AZKF is a robust refrigerated box trailer designed for a temperature range of +2° C to +10°C, featuring an extensive standard equipment package. This includes the WMK4 cooling unit, heavy-duty support stands at all four corners, internal impact protection (height: 25 cm), and a practical cold room door lock, which allows the trailer to be exited from inside even when locked.

As with other refrigerated and deep-freeze box trailers from wm meyer, the walls and roof are made from 6 cm thick sandwich polyester panels with a polyurethane foam core. This construction ensures not only a relatively low unladen weight but also optimal insulation and stability. Please note that no panel joints are used; each wall and the roof are made from a single panel, not multiple segments. This not only ensures a better appearance but is also far more practical—for example, for vehicle wrapping or painting—and provides no unnecessary surfaces for rain or snow ingress. The polyester cover layers are especially practical, as they prevent condensation typically found in refrigerated trailers with metal sheet covers.

And most importantly:
The 6 cm thick floor is insulated too, ensuring that cold doesn’t escape downward.
