Fine-grained steel welded construction, fifth-wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, slightly inclined outer frame with "Load-Lock profile" for lashing strap attachment, 24 t, 2-speed landing gear with single-side operation, straight lower section, without compensation slide. Note: Free landing leg corner dimensions or free rear swinging radius approx. 1930 mm without landing legs, sliding ladder at the rear, lateral door retainers, pallet box for 32 EUR-pallets (long version), ground clearance approx. 300 mm. Rear underrun protection, "Blocker"; galvanized crosswise steel angle as forklift and hinge protection, pallet stop on both sides approx. 15–20 mm high, bolted design, loading height reduced by approx. 15–20 mm.

Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, "axles/chassis laser aligned" for reduced tire wear and fuel consumption; air suspension, without lift axle.
Braking system: 2-line air braking system with color-coded lines for easy maintenance. Spring-loaded parking brake. 2 fail-safe coupling heads at the front, without connection lines, Haldex EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front (no connection cable), with lift & lower valve. Vehicle stability control system, brake pad wear indication via EBS CAN bus signal for display in the cab (truck must be suitably equipped), axle load detection via EBS CAN bus signal for display in the cab (truck must be suitably equipped; no truck installation, not certified scales).
Haldex TPMS tire pressure monitoring system via EBS, without truck installation (requirements in the truck must be met).

Electrics: 24 Volt, multi-chamber LED rear lights with resistor, yellow LED side marker lamps, LED license plate lighting. 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red lane indicator lights at the rear, 1 x 15-pin socket at the front, no connection cable, additional LED work light at the rear operated via reversing light.

Floor: Phenolic plywood panels approx. 30 mm thick, on longitudinal supports for high point load capacity, suitable for forklift axle loads up to max. 7100 kg.

Front wall / corner posts at front: 2, 580 mm high, steel corner posts with high-volume design, release mechanism for side curtain at front wall. "Crash blocker": steel rear underrun protection inside at approx. 140 mm height.

Center posts: 2 pairs of sliding posts, adjustable along the entire length, with four insertion pockets and long pocket at the bottom. 2 pairs of post positions.
Insert slats: 5 rows of aluminum V-insert slats.

Rear wall / corner posts at rear: Rear corner posts steel up to bottom edge of roof, tarp attachment with round tube and curtain tension ratchet. Rear portal doors, double-leaf, each with 2 internal locking rods.

Curtain: Curtain tarpaulin with welded horizontal and vertical belts, stainless steel tension locks.

Roof: Sliding roof, rear end-lift folding up, curtain can be slid from rear to front, L-roof beam for automotive industry, internal width between roof rails approx. 2490 mm, curtain color: white. Roof is non-elastic—virtually no roof beam deflection when loading and unloading. Anti-ice system with one center hose, automatic forced ventilation via brake light, optimal rain gutter at rear (top of end spar above doors).
