Fine-grained steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin (chassis prepared for retrofitting, collection tray, 4 x hose support, tread plates, Fliegl standard)

Container mounts:
- 1 x 20-foot center position (or swap body containers 7.15 / 7.45 / 7.82), non-retractable at the front, container lock twist locks in the longer version.

- 24-ton 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with semi-circular base and flat mounting plate, equipped with stroke compensation
- Wheel chocks with holders
- Side underrun protection
- Rear underrun protection with deep step for easier access + inner tread plate
- Half-shell fenders
- With anti-spray mud flaps according to EC

Axles & Suspension:
- BPW or SAF disc brake axles, according to manufacturer’s choice, with 430 mm disc diameter
- "Axle/chassis laser measurement" to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption
- Offset axle spacing 1410/1310 mm (intermodal transport) suitable for up to 44t gross train weight
- Air suspension
- 1st axle with automatic lift, including forced lowering and traction aid, operated by "brake pedal 3x" (traction aid function active up to 30% axle overload and max. speed of 25 km/h)

Braking System:
- 2-line compressed air braking system
- Color-coded hose routing for easy servicing
- Spring-loaded parking brake
- 2 foolproof coupling heads at the front, without connector hose
- 24V EBS (Electronic Braking System) with EBS socket at the front, without connecting cable
- Note: This trailer may only be towed by tractor units that ensure the functionality of the ABS!
- Includes raise & lower valve + auto-reset function
- Vehicle stability program
- Axle load detection via EBS CAN bus signal, display possible in the driver’s cab if the truck is equipped accordingly, no truck-side installation (no certified scale)

- 385/65 R22.5, brand as per manufacturer’s choice

- 2 x 7-pin and 1 x 15-pin foolproof sockets at the front, without connecting cables
- Additional LED work lamp at the rear, controlled by the reversing light

Operational Notes:
This vehicle may only be loaded with 20’ tank containers compliant with ISO 668 and especially ISO 1496-3! The tank containers must have end-load-transfer areas ("end cross member load transfer areas")!
