Fine-grain steel welded construction, kingpin plate with exchangeable 2" kingpin, container mounts: 1 x 20-foot container (centered) or swap body container 7.15 / 7.45 m, front not retractable, extended version twist locks for container securing. 24-ton, 2-speed landing gear, one-sided operation, with straight lower section, without compensating ram.

Wheel chocks with holders, side underrun protection, aluminium rear underrun protection, with anti-spray mudflaps according to EU regulations, stainless steel (VA) drip tray with 1 1/4-inch drain pipe + 1 1/4-inch shut-off valve, including drip plate, with perforated step plates approx. 400 mm wide, left & right between drip tray and longitudinal frame.

Hose trays approx. 4500 mm long (incl. hose compartment) for pipe holders 2 x DN 200 external + 2 x DN 160 centered, rear hose compartment (VA steel) 300 mm deep, splash-proof, lid (VA steel) all around with rubber seal, with drain hole at lowest point, then lidless on hose pipes, stainless steel grounding lug rear in FR-right on frame with international grounding sticker on frame, rear right rear access steps on underrun protection, at main frame rear outer FR-right: step plate approx. 260 mm long and 300 mm wide.

Axles & suspension
SAF disc brake axles, "axle/chassis laser aligned" to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, staggered axle spacing 1410/1310 mm (combined transport) up to 44 tons GCW.
Air suspension, first axle automatic lifting axle, including forced lowering and start assist, operated via "3x brake activation" (start assist operable up to 30% axle overload and speeds up to max. 25 km/h).

Braking system
2-line compressed air braking system, color-coded line routing for easy service. Spring-loaded parking brake.
2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at front (without connecting line), EBS electronic braking system with EBS socket at front (without connecting cable). Note: The trailer must only be towed by tractor units that ensure proper ABS functionality! With raising and lowering valve, vehicle dynamic stability control.
Axle load detection via EBS CAN-bus signal, for display in the driver cab (truck must be pre-equipped, no truck installation).

Wheels & Tyres
385/65 R22.5, manufacturer’s brand of choice, steel rims, factory silver.

Electrics
24 volt, multi-chamber tail lights, side yellow LED lighting, 2 white position lamps at the front, 2 white/red lane marker lights at the rear, 1 x 15-pin socket at the front (without connecting cable).

Operating Notes
The total permissible weight stated is technically possible; however, depending on the load, the total weight may not be achievable while adhering to permissible axle, kingpin and saddle loads (poor handling may result from incorrect load distribution). This vehicle must only be loaded with 20’ tank containers compliant with ISO 668 and specifically ISO 1496-3! The tank containers must have "end-load-transfer areas".

Approval/Country/Signs
Warning sign according to ECE-70, ADR inspection as per 9.1.1.2 of ADR, EX/II, EX/III, approval certificate for vehicles transporting certain dangerous goods (ex. B3), with warning sign at the rear (not valid for substances according to UN 0331 and 0332 – explosives B-E), contour marking with reflective strips as per ECE R048, white at sides, yellow at rear.
