Uplifter UPG-600-2 Vacuum Lifter for Glass Panels up to 600 kg

The UPG 600-2 glass lifter is the specialist for lifting and moving glass elements weighing up to 600 kg. Thanks to its modular design, the UPG 600-2 can be optimally adapted to the requirements on site. Its extension arms allow handling even of large-format elements. The carrying arms can of course be removed. The attached suction pads (diameter 300 mm) provide strong adhesion and operating power on the construction site. It is important that the surface is always smooth, flat, and impermeable to air for suctioning. The UPG600-2 automatically performs the suction process at the push of a button. After suctioning, the UPG 600-2 vacuum battery independently and continuously monitors the vacuum pressure. In the event of a vacuum loss, the UPG 600-2 reactivates the pump and additionally warns with an acoustic alert in case of impending vacuum loss. With its independent power supply, the UPG 600-2 is the ideal assembly partner. The replaceable 12 V battery can be recharged, and the charge status is easily displayed on the LED display. Furthermore, the regulated vacuum pump ensures a continuous operating time of up to 8 hours. The vacuum lifter can be individually adapted to the specific installation situation. The suction battery can be manually rotated 360 degrees and tilted 90 degrees. The lifter locks into place every 40° during rotation.
