Chassis:
* Vehicle frame constructed from high-grade steel, without an external frame
* Coupling plate with a 2-kingpin system according to DIN 74080 / ISO 337
* With cross member and container locks suitable for: a) 1 x 20' container flush at rear, b) C715
* Vehicle equipped with quick-lock fastening devices!

Running gear:
* Axle lift mechanism on axle 1
* Fully automatic, load-sensitive axle lift control. Starting aid: activation via 3x braking, 30% overload allowed up to a speed of 25 km/h
* SAF three-axle assembly, disc brakes Ø approx. 430 mm, offset approx. 120 mm. Air suspension with approx. 180 mm lift

Tyres:
* Wheels with internal sensors according to UN ECE R141
* Tyre fitment: 6 x 385/65 R 22.5, AUSTONE ATH155
* 6 steel rims 22.5 x 11.75, offset approx. 120 mm (ET 120)

Chassis attachments:
* JOST landing gear, mechanical with compensating foot, approx. 24 t lifting capacity. Single-sided operation, right side in direction of travel
* Spray suppression system in compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 109/2011, consisting of: 3 pairs of semi-circular mudguards with spray flaps
* 2 wheel chocks with holder
* Rigid rear underrun protection made of steel, bolted construction in accordance with ECE-R58

Brake / Air suspension system:
* EBS system 2S/2M with stability program (includes ABS/ALB function), EBS connector ISO 7638, (without connecting cables), parking brake as spring-actuated brake, external pneumatic connections and external EBS diagnostic connection via ISO 7638 plug connection
* WABCO EBS system
* Air suspension system incl. 1 lift and lowering valve, installed in direction of travel between 1st and 2nd axle
* 2 fail-safe coupling heads at the front to ISO 1728
* Air tanks for brake system and air supply made of steel (EN 286-2)

Rear impact protection:
* Heavy-duty steel rear under-run protection, mounted on rear cross member

Electric / Electronics:
* Lamp bracket made of steel, positioned above the underrun guard
* KÖGEL LUXIMA Premium package, comprising: - LED license plate illumination, LED position lights and front reflectors - Flashing LED side marker lights - Superseal and bayonet connectors for lamps
* 2 LED multi-chamber rear lamps with integrated LED outline marker lamps with arm
* Spiral adapter cable (4m) from 15-pin socket to 2x 7-pin plugs. Not compliant with ADR regulations!
* Front plug connection 15-pin ISO 12098 (without connecting cables)
* 2 LED reversing lights (manufacturer at our discretion) mounted at rear connection point. Operator must ensure adequate electrical protection of towing vehicle (ISO 12098 Pin 8, ISO 3731 24V-S Pin 3)

* Surface coating of mounted assemblies (e.g. front frame extension, folding container locks, central supports) in Kögel black (KÖGEL KTL system, nano-ceramic and KTL coating)
* The frame receives a full paint finish in deep black RAL 9005 in addition to KTL coating
