STAS V- OP 10.6 50m³ GMP Transport

Chassis
Aluminium, cranked chassis (volume version -80 mm). Two fully automatic welded I-beams with welded cross members, frame width 1,300 mm.

Axles and Suspension Drum brakes
BPW axle units 3x9 t with BPW air suspension, air bellows centrally located to the chassis longitudinal member, lift axle with starting aid and manual forced lowering, raise/lower valve, parking brake.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 30-40% remaining tread, with steel rims 11.75 x 22.5 ET 0, UNI rim bolts for aluminium rims.

Kingpin
2" screwed into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Legs
Support legs, manufacturer JOST with 2x20 t load capacity. For air suspension, we use swivel feet.

Brake System
In accordance with E.G. standards, two-line Wabco system, spring actuated parking brake acting on two axles and EBS-D Wabco aluminium air tank system.

Electrical System
According to StVZO regulations with 2 five-chamber rear lights, 24 volt system with 2x7 pin sockets, side marker lights, 2 separate halogen reversing lights.

Tipper Body/Bed - Fully welded interior
Aluminium tipper, side walls made of 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide welded, floor approx. 8 mm thick high-wear resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110), front wall 4 mm reinforced straight version, rear wall as universal door in straight version with 2-wing doors in 2/3-1/3 design with a grain slide, ALU round profile welded for sealing the door gap on the tail doors at the sides and bottom, tail doors partly smooth-clad in aluminium, universal door operation automatically pneumatic lockable with separate lever, rear crossbar in ALU foldable, two retainers with rubber buffers at the tipper body fixed to the frame at the front wall.

Hydraulic System
Tipping cylinder renewed in 2023, hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall with a working pressure of approx. 150 bar, make: Edbro 150 bar with approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and loose part 1".

Accessories
6 Parlok mudguards, complete splash flaps over the entire vehicle width fixed to U-protection, ALU spare wheel holder, right side underrun protection foldable, large toolbox type 860, approx. 3 m aluminium ladder, 3 aluminium swing bars approx. 150 mm higher in the middle, additional centrally mounted bar holder for positioning a total of 2 bars to increase loading width, roll-up tarpaulin with central light strip and separate reinforcements in the abrasion areas, approx. 660 gr./m2 quality with rolling tarp system, surrounding elastic cord at the rear with two hooks fastened to the rear swing bar, walkway on the frame in chassis colour with steps on both sides, side tarp fastened with tension belts, rear tarpaulin closure by means of aluminium cover plate and rolled tarpaulin at the rear with welded cord against water ingress, robust foldable underrun protection in aluminium with towing eyes left, ALU grain funnel with plan sack mounted on the side, 2 wheel chocks incl. holder, etc.
