Technical Description:
Frame constructed as I-beam longitudinal members welded with cross members. Fifth wheel mounted on turntable, installation height approx. 185 mm. Underrun protection according to EU regulations.
Drawbar for steered axle with bolted 50 mm or 57.5 mm towing eye; length when coupled low 4,150 mm, extendable by 4x100 mm; length when coupled high 3,500 mm, extendable by 3x100 mm (measured from center of towing eye to center of fifth wheel plate).
Front support with crank and gearbox.
Actively steered dolly axle, low-maintenance with disc brakes (430 mm), ET 120, air suspension with lift and lower device, one valve, hub centering.
Tyres: 4 units, size 445/45 R 19.5, brand as per Krone's choice.
Wheel covers compliant with EC directives 78/549/EEC and 91/226 EEC with appropriate spray suppression system, black plastic quarter-shell mudguards with upper tarpaulin covering, rear with splash flaps.
Braking system according to ECE-R13, incl. vehicle stability function, spring-loaded parking brake, EBS system, 2S/2M, 2 sensors on one axle, diagnostics via ISO7638 socket (EBS supply cable), palm couplings, brake connections for trailer positioned on a bar in the frame.
Lighting and signal system as per ECE-R48, two 7-pole sockets DIN1185/3731, LED license plate, contour, and side marker lights, multifunction rear lights including 1 fog lamp and 1 reversing lamp, electrical trailer connections on rail in chassis, connection cable for trailer’s electrical and air systems included.
Steel parts shot-blasted, KTL-primed and powder coated, standard single-color finish. Underrun protection and lighting bracket in white powder coating. Axles incl. hubs in RAL 9005; mounted parts in zinc black; rims in natural silver; contour marking as per ECE-R48.
