Fine-grain steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with interchangeable 2" kingpin, X-tra Long, with an internal length of 14,980 mm, outer frame slightly angled with "Load-Lock profile" for attaching tensioning straps. 24 t, 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with semi-circular lower section and straight mounting plate, with compensating device.
1 wheel chock with holder, aluminum side underrun protection, galvanized steel rear underrun protection, quarter-shell mudguards in front of the 1st axle and behind each axle, "Heavy Blocker" rear cross bumper + side roller bumpers.
A pair of ferry rings, yellow-marked, heavy-duty pallet stops on both sides, approx. 15 - 20 mm high, with lashing options every 200 mm, loading height reduced by approx. 15-20 mm, spare wheel holder for 1 spare wheel, with wheel fixing kit, spare wheel same make as original tires, steel rim, plastic toolbox with drawer and shelf insert, w=650 / h=520 / d=670 mm, lockable with a padlock.

Axles + Suspension:
BPW disc brake axles, "axles/chassis laser measured" to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, hubodometer/kilometer counter, air suspension, air bellows diameter 360 mm, total lift approx. 260 mm.

Braking system:
2-line compressed air brake system, spring-loaded parking brake, 2 anti-confusion coupling heads at the front, no connecting line, EBS manufacturer Knorr, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, without connecting cable.

Wheels and tires:
435/50 R19.5" steel rims, factory silver ET 120.

Electrics:
24 volt, 4 x 3-chamber LED taillights with resistor, + 2 round combination reversing/fog lights in LED, yellow side LED marker lights. License plate lighting in LED. 1 x 15-pin socket at the front, without connecting cable.

Floor:
Approx. 30 mm thick phenolic plywood, cross joins with omega insert, on longitudinal beams for high point load capacity, suitable for fork-lift axle load up to max. 7,100 kg.

Superstructure:
Mounted superstructure. Front wall/corner stanchions with signs of use, 2,580 mm high, volume spec steel corner stanchions, release mechanism for side curtain at front wall.
"Crash-Blocker" lower inside, approx. 140 mm high with steel impact protection.

Central stanchions:
Pair of sliding stanchions, adjustable over the entire length, with 7 receiving pockets each.

Insert slats:
Rows of aluminum V-insert slats incomplete.
Fliegl "I-Lock" integrated door locking system.
Tarpaulin shows signs of use.
Tarpaulin with welded horizontal and vertical straps.

Roof:

Sliding roof, rear end lift-up roof section, roof can be pushed from rear to front, L-shape, tarp color: white.
Hydraulic lifting roof on both sides, with one cylinder per stanchion, each with a hand pump in the stanchion, liftable by 400 mm, front with 3 driving positions: internal heights approx. 2,900 mm/2,950 mm/3,000 mm, set to approx. 2,950 mm.
Anti-ice system with 1 centrally mounted hose, automatic forced ventilation via brake light (not available with front-opening sliding roof).
Optimized rear rain channel, at top of rear frame above doors.

Operating notes:
Special permit required if total vehicle length exceeds 16,500 mm.

Approval/Certification:
Cargo securing certificate according to EN 12642 XL (only valid with 4 rows of aluminum slats), additionally DC 9.5 certificate, pallet stop both sides approx. 25 mm high, loading height reduced by approx. 25 mm.
