FELDBINDER TSA 23.3-1 ADR GUM, 22.500l 1-Kammer

Approx. 22,500 l capacity, single-chambered V2A stainless steel design, 10 t kingpin load, 3 x 9 t axle unit. Tank code according to ADR 2009: L4BH. Design: Cylindrical, self-supporting vessel, 1,800 mm diameter, made of V2A stainless steel. Tank interior surface is 2B cold-rolled smooth finish. Single-compartment tank, with 2 baffle walls. End caps executed as dished ends. Operating parameters: Operating pressure 2.67 bar. Test pressure 4 bar. Vacuum resistance -0.21 bar. Operating temperature 50°C. 3 manholes DN 500 with foldable dome covers, each equipped with 6 toggle fasteners. 1 continuous stainless steel overflow box, rubber-coated up to the top edge. From the overflow box, plastic drain pipes are routed to the bottom edge of the tank. The drain pipes are fitted with plastic ball valves and plastic hoses. Internal rubber lining: Tank interior lined with HAW W08 rubber coating.

Product discharge: At the bottom, a pneumatically operated, coated bottom hatch DN 80, brand Ebro, is installed. The rubber-coated product outlet leads to the rear right, equipped with a butterfly valve DN 80, TW-MK coupling, and blank cap. Blow-down device for complete emptying of hoses. Dome fittings: The following fittings are mounted in the dome sump: 1 compressed air connection 2" with a 2" shut-off valve. 1 pressure relief 2" with 2" shut-off valve and pipe bend. 1 vacuum valve, brand Hasteloy, with response pressure -0.21 bar. 2 flanges DN 50 with blind flanges for retrofitting a pressure relief valve (only required when transporting hypochlorites). At the rear area of the dome sump, there is a flange DN 80 with blind flange, prepared for retrofitting a top discharge. Compressed air fittings: One 2" plastic compressed air line made of PVDF routed upwards and into the tank. Compressed air manifold: Lower right. Equipped with pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, check valve, and pressure relief/gas pendulum connection TW 50. Compressed air connection TW VK 50 with blank cap.

Catwalk: Left side top, extending the full length, catwalk made of aluminum grating, width 400 mm, equipped with a stainless steel safety rail that can be raised from below and stainless steel handrail. At the rear left, a stainless steel access ladder. All tank supports for chassis, fifth wheel, and landing gear, are made in electropolished stainless steel.

Chassis: Axle unit brand BPW, type ECO, 3 x 9 t disc brakes, Ø 430 mm. The air-suspended, rigid axle unit is mounted in FFB stainless steel hangers. Axle spacing 2 x 1310 mm. A pneumatic lift/lower valve is mounted laterally on an operating panel in front of the first axle. One lift axle, controllable from the driver’s cab, with start-assist. Start-assist operational up to 30 km/h.

Braking system: 2-sensor, 2-modules ABS/EBS pneumatic brake system with spring-loaded brake cylinders on two axles. Axle load display via CAN bus in the tractor head display.

Tyres: 6 tyres, brand Michelin, size 385/65 R22.5. Rims: Forged aluminum rims, brand Alcoa, type Dura Bright, size 22.5 x 11.75. Offset: 0 mm. Wheel bolt holes: 26 mm.

ADR Equipment: includes: 1 fire extinguisher 6 kg with mounting bracket and protective cover. 1 set of warning boards according to legal requirements. Grounding lugs, 1 grounding brush, 1 earthing cable reel.
