The seller assumes no warranty for any features of the item; all liability for defects is excluded (or limited), to the extent permitted by Czech law. 9. The buyer, in advance, waives any rights regarding defective performance, especially the right to claim repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the agreement, all in accordance with § 1916 (2) of the Civil Code. 10.
