Standard Recovery Vehicle Trailer
The trailer features a tilting platform, secured by two front locks with a safety mechanism for locking during transport, as well as loading ramps made from perforated and pressed "LOHR" sheet. The ramps are made of aluminium, ensuring lasting durability without adding excessive weight to the trailer. The recovery trailer's welded, solid construction and reinforced frame guarantee strength and stability. The structure is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanisation. The tilting ramp and trailer drawbar are made from closed profiles, giving the entire trailer rigidity and stability for a long service life and trouble-free operation. The tilting ramp is equipped with shock absorbers to facilitate vehicle loading and unloading. Optionally, the trailer can be fitted with a single-acting or double-acting hydraulic pump.

The PL35-5021 trailer has a permissible total weight of 3,500 kg, allowing a load capacity of up to 2,660 kg, with goods up to 4.9 m in length and up to 2 m in width. The trailer is equipped with two braked axles. The loading ramps are made of 4 mm thick aluminium and feature pressed holes for attaching the hooks of lashing straps.

EQUIPMENT

As standard, the trailer is equipped with a jockey wheel, a 1,135 kg manual winch, wheel chocks, an overrun brake, and a parking brake. Optionally, it can be fitted with chequer plate aluminium or anti-slip plywood platform infills, axle shock absorbers, electric winch, hydraulic pump, and wheel locks for the vehicle being transported.
