For sale is a Scania G420 LB6x2 refrigerated box truck (year of manufacture 2012) in used, age-appropriate condition. The truck is operational and currently still in use, drives well and reliably. The vehicle was exclusively operated in Austria.

The truck is equipped with a refrigerated box (Carrier Supra 850), double-deck body (2 levels for optimal use of loading space), tail lift (Zepro), trailer coupling, and manual transmission. The gross vehicle weight is 26 t, loading area approx. 7.5 m. In addition, a new digital tachograph version 4.1 is installed, which has been mandatory for cross-border transport since 2024.

Numerous maintenance and repairs have been carried out in recent years, including regular engine oil and filter changes (including diesel and air filter), new turbocharger, new clutch incl. slave cylinder, multiple replacements of brakes (discs and pads), replacement of brake cylinders and spring brakes, work on drive axle and lift axle (e.g., tie rods, bearings, axle parts), renewed shock absorbers, replacement of exhaust (flex pipe and muffler), as well as various other wear parts and suspension components. An invoice from Scania for repair work on the steering/lift axle is also available.

Known defects:
The vehicle has age-related rust spots (e.g., battery box rusty, air tank with slight rust – may need to be replaced mid-term). The trailer coupling is seized as it was never used.
The refrigeration unit has not been functioning for a few days—likely due to a fuse or relay. Repair can be carried out on request or considered in the price.
