This truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is shipped as a pre-assembled, plug & play complete solution in a mounting cassette and is already tested, ensuring fast and easy commissioning.

Construction and Safety
The telescoping lifting units feature extremely high bending strength and torsional rigidity in accordance with EN 1493, achieved through the innovative square (SQUARE) rams. These square rams are torsion-resistant and equipped with a durable, sliding special nickel coating, minimizing maintenance and extending their service life. An internally mounted safety double hydraulic cylinder system provides added stability and protection. The entire ram guide design is robust and low-maintenance. Operational safety is further enhanced by two separate hydraulic circuits and electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and Control
The lift is operated via a portable control unit with touchscreen, providing a clear display of all relevant data and information. An electronic synchronisation control ensures uniform lifting motion, regardless of vehicle pick-up position. A signal lamp supports safe operation of the lift. In case of power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering function is integrated.

Features and Flexibility
The lift features an extremely sturdy roll cover made of segmented aluminum profiles with anti-slip surface, drive-over capable for wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and with a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in vehicle pick-up system allows for lifting very wide and flat vehicles. A CE-compliant pinch and shear protection system provides additional safety.
