DAF XF AT-Boretec HS Bentonit-Misch-Recyclingsystem

DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, regularly serviced, last inspection at 1,760 hours. The HS2 system truck is a bentonite mixing and recycling system designed for use in complex drilling projects. Powered by a 45 kVA generator, the HS2 provides a powerful and reliable solution. The system features ten hydrocyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each rated at 7.5 kW, which enable efficient processing and transportation of the drilling fluid. The shaker is equipped with three flat screen double-deck units with a total of six screens, ensuring thorough sieving and cleaning. The total tank capacity is 12,000 liters, distributed across three tanks, offering high fluid capacity. Additionally, the HS2 includes a freshwater tank with a capacity of 1,100 liters. The system truck HS2 is integrated in a BDF container configuration, providing maximum flexibility and mobility for use at various sites. The HS2 system truck features an enlarged tank capacity of 12,000 liters, an increase of 4,000 liters.

The most proven all-rounder with a total tank volume of 12m³ (5 + 5 + 2), over 200 units sold since 2015, steadily improved, and successfully used in the field. Optimally designed for drilling rigs in the 15–25 t performance class. The 3 KSB centrifugal pumps with a flow rate of 1,100 l/min (7.5 kW each) are powered by an underfloor-installed 50 kVA generator.

Max. cleaning capacity up to 150 m³/day or 15 m³/h.

Centrifuge option: For drilling rigs with small bentonite high-pressure quick-runner pumps—noticeably extends service life. 10 hydrocyclones for fine solids separation at 2.2 bar.

Mixing and recycling system in ISO container configuration.

Also usable as a fully-featured continuous mixing plant with two 5 m³ work tanks. Unladen weight about 17 t, depending on chassis and premium lightweight construction.
