Chassis frame:
Flat chassis frame with 2 main beams made from single profile, connected by through-bolted cross members of U-profile approx. every 430 mm. Rear cross member positioned 200 mm from the rear as reinforcement for forklift loading. U-profile rim 140.100.3 mm, with V-groove.

Coupling section:
Detachable 2" kingpin in 8 mm thick coupling plate. Welded-on sliding plate, extended forward for protection of light/air connections.

Trailer supports:
Maintenance-free Jost Modul trailer legs with 2 speeds and base plates.

Axles and suspension: Tridex steering
SAF air suspension with 2 fixed low-maintenance Modul axles and 1 steered Tridex axle, technical capacity 9,000 kg, with disc brakes, automatic brake adjusters, and lift/lower valve.

Braking system:
Wabco load-dependent dual-line braking system with 2 ISO connectors and spring brake cylinders. Wabco 2-channel electronic EBS type 2S/2M with integrated RSS.

Wheels:
4 steel rims 22.5 x 7.50 (hub centering) with 385/65 R 22.5 tires.

Lighting and marking:
24 V 7-pin electrical system with Aspöck wiring and lighting, consisting of:

Front bulkhead:
Removable steel front bulkhead frame. 300 x 4 mm impact plate welded to the inside front crossmember.

Rear portal:
Steel rear portal with 2 foam-padded flush rear doors, each with 2 built-in lock rods (handles under the doors) and sliding rear barrier, 120 mm high. Door retainers on both sides.

Stakes:
Each side fitted with 2 freely movable sliding stakes with board holders and 4 rows of wooden boards.

Sliding roof:
Fixed roof.

Curtainsiders:
Freight-type sliding curtains made from high-quality PVC tarpaulin, 900 g/m². Vertical tensioning strap with stainless steel buckle and galvanized hook approx. every 600 mm. Curtains can be tensioned horizontally at the front and rear with a tensioning mechanism. Curtains run on nylon rollers in the aluminum roof rails.

Accessories:
Fixed steel rear bumper. Aluminum side underrun protection. Steel rear impact strips. B-sticker. 60 km/h sticker. Lift axle.
