Gooseneck:

- Complete steel structure shot-blasted with automatic blast wheel system after welding

- HRM metallisation of the entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminium) for maximum corrosion protection
- Final paintwork with 2 coats of 2K top coat, single-colour in MB 7350 Nova Grey
- Paint system tested in salt spray test to ISO 9227-NSS; sealing of cavities with special wax
