For sale is our newly refurbished trailer.
A great deal of money and time has been invested in this trailer; selling it was not originally planned, which is why only high-quality materials and extensive workmanship were used.

1. Flooring – 21mm phenolic plywood boards (250m x 1.25m), 3 pieces used – loading area 1.86m x 3.20m. All joints and seams have been sealed. The seams were additionally covered with aluminium-laminated tape, leaving no chance for moisture intrusion.

2. Side panels – 15mm phenolic plywood (2.5m x 1.25m), 2 pieces, fitted and screwed into U-profiles, also sealed.

3. Electrical system – LED taillights with sequential indicators, over €90, rear fog lamps on both sides, reverse lamps on both sides. All new LED marker lights, front position lights, side marker lights, number plate illumination. New wiring harness, 13-pin connector. Wiring connected with heat-shrink solder sleeves, 4 junction boxes (screwable to the underbody), secured with special stainless-steel screws.

4. Frame – hot-dip galvanized, painted black with Hammerite.

5. New drawbar eye.

6. New 40cm tailgate hinges. Rear: 2 x new toggle latches. All screws new, with sealed washers.

7. New fenders, €90.

8. Flooring €170, also joint-sealed.

9. Tires with nearly as-new tread depth.

The trailer was only moved outside to take the photos. It has always been stored indoors and has not yet seen any rain, snow, or sun. :-D

TÜV (roadworthiness inspection in Germany) new – valid until 02/28

The trailer is deregistered.
