Sales conditions:
1. The tender process runs until 18.03.2026.
2. At the conclusion of the tender, the vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder.
3. The purchase contract will be concluded with the bidder who submits the highest offer, subject to the approval of the creditors' committee and the insolvency administrator. The sale item constitutes a taxable transaction for VAT purposes. The seller sets a deadline for payment of the full purchase price within 30 days from the approval of the creditors' committee and insolvency administrator of the achieved sale price, to account no. 2600240023/5800, variable symbol 25036114.
4. Interested parties must submit their bids by email to the intermediary and concurrently copy the seller. Bids not copied to the seller will not be considered.
5. The object of the sale is sold and transferred 'as is' (as a whole) pursuant to Section 1918 of the Civil Code, provided such a transaction is permitted by applicable law with regard to the nature of the assets being realised, and the purchaser is obliged to accept the goods in such condition. This clause will be included in the purchase contract.
6. The purchaser will be obliged to collect the sale object upon request of the seller within the specified time period. Risk of damage passes to the purchaser on the date of collection; if the purchaser is late in collecting the item, risk passes to the purchaser upon expiry of the agreed period. All costs associated with taking over the item are borne exclusively by the purchaser.
7. The purchaser cannot reserve any properties or characteristics of the item. The seller assumes no responsibility for the condition of the item and does not guarantee that the purchaser will be able to use the item for the intended purpose.
8. The seller accepts no warranty for any characteristics of the item and fully excludes (or limits) liability for defects to the maximum extent permitted under Czech law.
9. The purchaser waives in advance all rights in respect of defective performance, especially the rights to demand repair, replacement, a price reduction, or to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to Section 1916(2) of the Civil Code.
