Tipping Body / Tipper — Conical Floor Design
Aluminium tipper body with trapezoidal floor and rectangular top rail, assembled and fully welded from patented profiles and aluminium sheets, side walls 4 mm thick aluminium plate 5086H24, floor 8 mm in high-abrasion-resistant alloy (5383H34), two robust top rail profiles fully welded to the side walls, front wall 20° inclined, 4 mm thick, rear wall approx. 20° inclined, designed as drop-swing tailgate in flat version without chute, double swing tailgate hinge, hinges flush with the top rail, automatically pneumatically actuated central locking with 2 locking hooks, load retainer on the body, rear tipper overhang suitable for road paver use.

Hydraulics
Hydraulic cylinder mounted at front wall with an operating pressure of 150 bar, including approx. 2.5 m hose and 1" quick-release coupler, tipping angle approx. 48–49°
