Made of high-quality aluminum Al-Mg-silicon alloy, two fully automatically welded I-beams with welded cross members.
Chassis width: 1,600 mm.

Axles and Suspension
SAF axle assemblies 22.5", 3 x 9 t with SAF air suspension, 1st axle lift with starting aid and electric actuation (switch already installed in the tractor unit), raise/lower valve for the air suspension, Wabco Smartboard, brake pad wear indicator display in the tractor unit, wheelbase optimized for improved trailing.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels, tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 50–60% tread remaining, on silver steel rims, ET 120 11.75 x 22.5.

Landing Legs
Support legs, with 2 x 20 t static load, swivel feet for use with air suspension.

Brake System
Per EEC regulations, two-line Wabco system, spring brake actuators on two axles, EBS electronic system from Wabco with RSS (Roll Stability Support) and premium modulator, aluminum air tanks.

Electrical System
Conforms to German StVZO regulations, features 2 x 3 three-chamber tail lights, Aspöck Europoint III, 24-volt system with 2 x 3 LED rear lights with side LED clearance lights, 2 LED reversing lights at the rear, 2 external LED work lights in the tipper body, 4 red LED lights in the rear door frame. All air and electrical lines neatly installed inside plastic conduits.

Tipper Body / Tipper Bed
Body fully seam-welded inside. Aluminum body, side walls 30 mm/600 mm plank profile (3 mm inner, 2 mm outer), floor 6 mm extra reinforced, wear-resistant (5383H34-HB110), with 90° profile, front wall 4 mm straight with internal access ladder, rear wall as universal door with two wing doors (1/3–2/3 split), one grain discharge slide, universal door with automatic pneumatic operation, lockable with separate lever, central locking via 4 locking hooks, double hinge suspension, partially smooth aluminum door cladding, rear hoop made of swivelling aluminum, two hold-down devices with rubber buffers securing the tipper body to the frame at the front wall, round aluminum profile as additional seal for the wing doors, right door opens first.

Hydraulic System with Large Cylinder
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall, working pressure 150 bar, manufacturer Edbro, approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose with Edbro 1" quick-release coupling.
