Tipper body/smooth body design, interior fully welded
Aluminium tipper body, side walls 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, welded. Floor 6 mm thick high-wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110), with 45-degree angled profile to side wall. Front wall 4 mm, reinforced, angled design.
Rear wall as universal door in straight design, with two-leaf doors (2/3-1/3 split) and one grain slide, ALU round profile welded to seal the door gap on the rear doors, side and bottom. Rear doors partly covered with smooth aluminium sheeting. Universal door operation is automatic-pneumatic with separate lever lock, rear swing bar in aluminium, two hold-downs with rubber buffer fixed to the tipper body at the bulkhead.
