Disc brakes 430 mm, "off-road version" SAF Intradisc light axle assemblies, 3 x 9 t with SAF air suspension, centrally mounted to the chassis longitudinal beam, 1st axle with liftable air bellows, starting aid function and manual forced lowering, Smart Board info center, lowering valve, front load pressure gauge.

Tyres and Wheels on Aluminum Rims
6 wheels with tires 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 50%, 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120, UNI wheel bolts for aluminum rims.

2" screwed into an 8 mm thick "light" plate

Support winches, loadable to 2x20 t, with swiveling base for air suspension

Brake System
Built according to E.G. standards, dual-line Wabco system, spring-actuated parking brake affecting two axles, Wabco EBS-E with RSS (roll stability system), Wabco Smartboard Info Center, aluminum air tank system.

Electrical System
According to STVZO guidelines, with 3 round three-chamber lamps type Aspöck, 24V system with 2 x 7-pin and 1 x 5-pin sockets, 2 x 7 side outline markers, 2 LED reversing lamps centrally at the rear, 1 round fog lamp, 4 LED work lamps, 1 interior LED lamp, 4 red LED position lamps in the door bar. All air and electrical lines are neatly routed in plastic tubing!

Tipper Body / Body “Smooth Design”, Body Interior Fully Welded
Aluminum tipper body, side walls made from 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, welded. Floor 8 mm high-wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110) with 90-degree profile to the side wall. Front wall 4 mm reinforced, straight design. Tailgate as universal door, straight version, with two half-and-half swing doors and grain chute. Universal door operated automatically-pneumatically, lockable via separate lever, rear portal in aluminum, swing-away, two hold-downs with rubber buffers on the tipper body, fixed to the front wall.

Hydraulics, Tipping Cylinder with “Sleeve” Suspension
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall, working pressure 150 bar, Edbro make, with approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and quick coupling 1", tipping angle approx. 48 degrees.
