The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is delivered as a pre-assembled, plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette and is factory-tested, ensuring quick and straightforward commissioning.

Construction and Safety
The telescoping lifting units feature extremely high flexural strength and torsional rigidity compliant with EN 1493, achieved by the use of innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a durable, low-friction special nickel coating that minimizes maintenance and extends service life. A specially protected, internal, twin hydraulic cylinder system provides additional stability and safety. The entire ram guidance system is designed for robustness and low maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits as well as electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Control and Operation
The lift is operated via a portable control unit with touchscreen display, presenting all relevant data and information clearly. An electronic synchronisation control ensures even lifting of the vehicle regardless of the pick-up point. A signal lamp assists safe lifting and lowering. In the event of a power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering feature is integrated.

Equipment and Flexibility
The lift is equipped with an extremely robust roll cover made from aluminium profile segments with a non-slip surface. This is drive-over capable for wheel loads up to 7000 kg and has a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in pick-up system allows accommodation of very wide and low vehicles. A CE-compliant pinch and shear zone safety device provides additional protection.
