Gooseneck:
- Gooseneck designed as a loading platform with aluminum chequer plate covering

Axles, Suspension, and Tires:
- BPW axle stubs with drum brakes and independent wheel suspension, hydraulic axle leveling with lifting and lowering function
- Lowering lock on axles in case of suspension hose rupture, designed for maximum pallet height of 150 mm
- Tires: 385/65 R 22.5
- TPMS tire pressure monitoring sensors installed in all wheels including spare wheels
- TPMS system in accordance with ECE R 141

Surface Treatment:
- Complete steel structure, shot-blasted automatically after welding
- Second blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion
- HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) for maximum corrosion protection
- Final coating with two layers of 2K topcoat, single-color in Novagrau (DB 7350)
- Paint system tested with salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS; cavity sealing with special wax
