* Body mounting is performed by Mevissen Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH in 52382 Niederzier, Germany. The truck chassis must be delivered free to Niederzier for necessary assembly work and picked up after successful installation of the box body.

Box body and truck chassis equipment:
Folding wall box body “Dry Freight – Standard” consisting of:
- Insulated front, roof, side wall and door panels with exterior GRP top layer
- Interior faces with galvanized steel sheet, powder-coated white
- Wall and door panels in the load area reinforced on the inside with laminated wood inserts
- Angle profiles at the outer edges ensure optimal panel connections
Anti-slip, water-repellent phenolic plywood floor, fully sealed, floor bearing capacity up to 5,000 kg forklift axle load
Reinforced steel rear door frame sealed around the perimeter, accommodates rear closure by tail lift platform
Foldable doors on the left side, double-winged with 3 folding sections each, top-guided on trolleys, Poliall continuous hinges, stainless steel lock rods (lockable), patented door holders, rubber seals top and bottom in the door frame
Pull-out access ladder below the side doors
Aluminum kick strips on the inside of front wall, sidewalls, and side doors (glued and riveted 300 mm high from the floor)
Aluminum wall protector on the inside of the front wall
LED interior lighting recessed in the roof
2x white LED position lights at the top front of the bulkhead
2x LED multifunction lights at the upper rear door frame (tail, brake, indicator), marker lights with indicator function on the side

Load securing equipment:
* Without load securing/lashing system – 1 pair of floor lashing rails (type: airline), aluminum, recessed in the floor on each side along the full body length, incl. 6 ratchet straps with suitable end fittings, 2-part, length 8 m each, plus 6 universal lashing fittings, lashing points tested and approved up to 2,000 daN
* Without EasyStrap-Cargo “lashing strap option”; lashing strap holding system at roof/side wall corners for clamping or hanging securing straps on both interior sides
* 4 pairs of lashing rings (pulling force 1.5 t) recessed in the right side of the floor
