Auxiliary: Prof. Pierluigi Benigno – Via De Amicis 51 – Milan

Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a lot of 88 new vehicles, consisting of 40 Microlino electric vehicles and 48 Wuzheng 3MX electric vehicles (41 of which are not customs cleared, with duties payable by the buyer), available for delivery at the Faldo yards in Livorno, with transport costs borne by the buyer, sold as seen and in their current condition.
The lot is offered for sale at a total price (excluding VAT) of EUR 336,000.00.

Further details are available in the data room – access to which may be requested from the Auxiliary by sending a company registry extract including the latest filed financial statements; instructions will follow.
Improved offers, to be considered in the case of a possible competitive sale procedure, must be submitted to the Auxiliary by 16 February 2026, and secured by a non-transferable bank draft made out to Koelliker Pro Mobility Srl for 10% of the offered price, to be delivered to the Auxiliary’s address.
